Well-located, two-room apartment near the beach with south-west orientation for two people in the Wiking house. The house Wiking is only about 140 m from the beach and is located directly on the dike.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a dining table, flat-screen TV and direct access to the furnished and sunny balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a second flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen is open and includes all the necessary kitchen appliances with a ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bathtub. The apartment has a garage that is suitable for small to medium-sized cars or for storing e-bikes. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are located in the common room.
