The charming, lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a residential complex centrally located.

In the immediate vicinity there are various shops, bakeries and pharmacies and the fine sandy Grömitzer Baltic Sea beach can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The domicile covers approx. 60 square meters of usable space and offers enough space for up to 3 people. The apartment was extensively renovated in April. Take a relaxed seat in the spacious living room. A modern couch, an armchair and two sideboards are at your disposal. For your audiovisual pleasure, a flat-screen TV and a stereo are available. WLAN is of course also available. The spacious dining area is modern. A modern built-in kitchen with a large fridge with freezer compartment, 4x ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave offers complete equipment. There are also plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots available. In the large bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with two single mattresses measuring 90X200 cm. A spacious wardrobe offers space for your wardrobe. The bedroom has blinds and blackout curtains. The other bedroom has a bed measuring 90X200 cm, a spacious shelving system and a locker.
The modern, completely renovated bathroom is equipped with a vanity, mirror cabinet, an additional cabinet, toilet, spacious shower and a towel radiator. A hair dryer is also included. A special feature of this modern apartment is the bay window adjoining the living room. Here you can enjoy your coffee in peace or just enjoy the Grömitzer sun symbol with lighting. In this spacious apartment you just have to arrive and enjoy your vacation. A parking space is available directly behind the residential complex. Please understand that this holiday property is a non-smoking home. If dogs are kept in the apartment, there is a surcharge of € 5.00 / day.

Keine Wohlfühloase

Leider nicht sehr gut. Die Wohnung und die Fensterscheiben waren sehr unsauber und die und die Sitzgelegenheiten brauchen unbedingt eine Erneuerung. Auch das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist sehr runtergekommen. Viele Geschäfte sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Von …hervorragend… kann keine Rede sein.

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit ok, sehr kühl

An sich schöne Wohnung und Lage auch in Ordnung. Leider war es nicht so sauber und auch sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Eine geschützte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder wäre schön, ohne von anderen Hausbewohnern angemeckert zu werden, weil man auf die Anweisung von der Agentur hört.

Ein paar schöne Tage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10min zu Fuß.

Großes Appartement - zentrale Lage

Renovierte, moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand 10 Minuten fußläufig, mit dem Rad geht es gut bergab zum Meer und zurück heftig bergauf. Fahrräder können außen am Fahrradständer angekettet werden (Ausgang zur Apotheke) oder im Flur geparkt werden (ob das offiziell erlaubt ist, wissen wir nicht, dort standen aber viele Räder). Der Parkplatz ist mit einer Kette gesichert und problemlos zu erreichen, auch mit größeren Fahrzeugen. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Ess-, Wohnbereich, der ist vielfältig dekoriert. Allerdings ist das Sofa sehr unbequem und darauf schlafen, ist nach unserer Meinung nicht möglich. Einmal hatten wir kein WLAN mehr, Info der Agentur: Stecker ziehen und neu starten, hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Erker bietet einen Blick auf die Grömitzer- Sonne, ersetzt aber keinen Meerblick ;). Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. An alle Weinliebhaber: Korkenzieher nicht vergessen, es gibt keinen ;). Das Bad ist schön. Das 2er -Schlafzimmer ist nicht komplett abzudunkeln und das Fenster geht zur zeitweise vielbefahrenen Straße raus. Die Bettdecken, Kissen und Matratzen sind von keiner besonderen Qualität, besonders die Decke war für die kühle Jahreszeit für uns Frauen nicht ausreichend. Wir hatten noch eigene Decken dabei und im Schrank lag auch noch Deckenmaterial. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen mag die aber auf jeden Fall reichen. Das kleine Zimmer für die 3. Person ist nett eingerichtet. Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen, auch haben wir keinen Balkon vermisst, weil das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts kühl und regnerisch war. Dafür hat uns die Größe der Wohnung überzeugt. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Für 3 Personen können wir die Wohnung empfehlen.
