There are private parking places. It is about 1 km away from the sea. A car is absolutely necessary. Within 10 km, there are the most beautiful beaches and spots of the Emerald Coast. The villa is made of Sardinian granite stone and it is located on a 1 ha large property, surrounded by fruit trees, a small vineyard and untouched nature, silence and majestic granite cliffs, as well as by the forever green, Mediterranean vegetation. The apartment is ideal for the summer season (April to October), thanks to the Mediterranean climate. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette for self catering.
