Welcome to Topanga Treez! This stunning 3-story chalet in Big Trees Village is the ideal mountain getaway for relaxation and fun! The open floor plan features a light and bright great room with vaulted knotty pine ceilings, decorator lighting, and a cozy freestanding gas log stove. Three sets of glass doors flood the room with natural light and connect you outdoors. The Televator TV in the great room swivels so it can be viewed from both the living and dining areas, and will tuck out of sight when not in use. The roomy dining area and kitchen are fully equipped for creating memorable mountain meals - you can also enjoy dining al fresco on the spacious deck with plenty of outdoor seating plus a private hot tub! Just off the kitchen, the garage doubles as a game room where you can play a rousing game of ping pong and foosball. Bedroom 1 and a full bathroom round out the main level. Upstairs, the loft overlooking the main living area offers extra sleeping spaces, and there is an additional bedroom and full bathroom on this upper level. The lower level includes the rec room which doubles as a third bedroom with a Murphy bed. This room boasts billiards and a cozy sitting area with TV and gas log stove, as well as access to the lower deck. A half bathroom with laundry complete the lower level. Guests can enjoy year-round adventure nearby including hiking and biking on the Arnold Rim Trail, kayaking Lake Alpine or the Stanislaus River, exploring the famous Calaveras Big Trees State Park, skiing at Bear Valley Ski Resort, and shopping, dining, and wine-tasting in the charming towns of Murphys and Arnold. Topanga Treez sleeps 9 guests in 3 bedrooms plus the loft (the downstairs rec room doubles as the third bedroom). Bedroom 1 is on the main floor with a King bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a Queen bed. The upstairs loft features a bunk/trundle bed (2 Full beds and 1 Twin). Downstairs, the rec room/bedroom 3 features a Queen Murphy bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs. The lower level features a half bathroom + laundry.
