Kittiwake boasts 4 bedrooms, including 3 queens and a bedroom with two twins, all conveniently tucked away on the mid level, providing guests with peace and quiet during their stay.
The exterior is complimented by ample decking and 2 screened-in porches, great for spending your mornings watching beautiful sunrises over the ocean, and evenings dining al fresco while stargazing.
Private beach access will make spending your days in the sun and surf easy and convenient. The outdoor shower is perfect for a cool rinse after a long day at the beach!
Located on a private ocean to road lot, this quiet family neighborhood offers an 11 mile multi-use path, great for jogging, walking, or biking.
For 2026, the living room television has been upgraded to a flat screen 55 inch streaming TV!
