Main Floor: Open and bright with a full kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, extra lounge with sofa bed, poker table, laundry room, and half bath.
Second Floor: Four large bedrooms with queen beds, two ensuite bathrooms, plus one shared full bath.
Basement: Entertainment area with bar, pool table, and kids’ play zone.
Outdoor Space: Private yard with seasonal pool, year‑round hot tub, and BBQ.
Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

Full access to the entire property except the garage.
