The host never provided check in details, and never responded to me or VRBO customer support. Had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer support who had to cancel my stay and refund it because of this host. I would not recommend

I am deeply disappointed. I booked this accommodation for a single night. I contacted the host via phone and text multiple times, but I received no response regarding my check-in. Additionally, I was charged a cleaning fee shortly after booking for an unknown reason.

Overall it was good. Pillows & washcloths could use an update. If you have a 5th person staying make sure you have bedding for them because there wasn't any extra.
