The house was exactly as listed from description to photos. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were lovely. Ajay was an excellent host and communicated with my group and I very quickly and thoroughly answering all of our questions and concerns with ease.

Great little house. Showing its wear a bit, but overall really great. The WiFi was a little spotty for work calls, but there was an issue with the provider while we were there. The BBQ didn't get up to temp which was a bummer and no live sports on TV (lots of streaming options) but that's on me for not asking in advance. We enjoyed watching movies outside at night. Overall, it was good value for the money - thank you Ajay!

The home has the most incredible view we ever seen!! It fit our needs fully. I love that two of the rooms had exterior doors and the master right to the back yard to see the beautiful mountains. Price was perfect and host was responsive with hot tub concerns although they were not able to fix during our stay because the pump went bad. We found other things to do

This is clearly an inexperienced host. The information provided in the instructions were limited. Original ad clearly stated no extra fees, and there was a heated pool. It said there was a double bed in the third bedroom. What we found were cheap (uncomfortable) pull out couches in the living room and third bedroom. The two king size beds were so hard, we couldn't decide which was worse between them and the couches. And we were told that if we wanted the pool heated there would be extra fees. I've stayed at a lot of properties with family and friends and this one was a disappointment. But at least the new ad says you may be charged more. I'm not what for, since we cleaned up everything according to the instructions and took out trash, and double checked everything. So, if you want a fine location with a cold pool and uncomfortable furniture, and surprise fees, then this is a deal.

You left the place a pigsty, it cost us over $500 to clean it as it took 3 people 4 hours and when we asked for the difference in the cleaning fee you got upset and started making bogus claims and continue to do so, even after we waived the extra cleaning fee. There is no extra fee for the pool, there is an old sentence in one of the docs that said this and we decided later not to have extra fees for the pool and you admitted to using it anyways so I really don't understand why you are continuing to claim this. We had a stockpile of toilet paper and soap which is now gone, these are not items for you to take home. All of this is documented by the management company. You retaliated because we requested the difference in cleaning cost even after we gave you the benefit of the doubt and waived the damages. I hope you consider how your actions affect other peoples livelihood because we lost money on your stay.
