The house was very clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location between Newport and Balboa piers, across the street from the beach and on a very nice street facing the bay. Had a very positive experience interacting with the beach view team.

Great hosts, very responsive. Great location. Bathrooms were small and the second shower drain was clogged.

Great stay, this is our 3rd time staying here. Perfect location! The house needs a new mens bike, the tire was beyond repair. Also the house needs a new paddle board. The fin fell off the one in the garage. Otherwise a great time!

we have stayed in this home for over 10 years, every summer. We love it here. It’s comfortable. It isn’t too fancy but exactly right for a family having fun at the beach each day. everything you need and nothing you don’t. Highly recommend this house and will continue to stay here for as long as humanly possible. Parking can sometimes be challenging, but it’s also a fun game to see how we can move our cars around and save spots for one another throughout the week. Definitely recommend this home for you and your family.
