• Fully furnished:
o 2 queen beds, 1 sofa with a pull-out bed, and room for air mattress – can sleep 6-8. Ceiling fans in living room & both bedrooms
o Master bath is a shower stall; guest bathroom has a shower/bathtub
o High speed internet and utilities included (we pay up to$150 in electricity per month for stays longer than 1 month.)
o Large double wide covered carport
o Spacious Open Kitchen – Fully stocked with all essentials, perfect for cooking and entertaining, with large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Also has a full size washer & dryer.
o Front patio seating
o New BBQ, outdoor table & chairs, HUGE MARGARITA DECK (roof top, above carport)
