Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Toyota, 3 miles from interstate and 5 miles from downtown Georgetown and 8 miles to Kentucky Horse Park. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed with headboard made from an old door and an electric fire place to keep you cozy. Guests have an easily accessible bathroom with a barn door crafted from authentic lumber found on the farm. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning, making it a great retreat no matter the season. There are two porches complete with furniture to soak up the fresh air and a fire pit. Relax and unwind in this enchanting space that feels like a true home away from home.
