Trash pickup is on Thursday mornings. Please place bagged trash in the outdoor bin if departing Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
Set thermostat to 70°F upon departure.
Ensure garage door is closed and doors are locked using the smart lock keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
