Ideal to enjoy pleasant evenings. The communal pool is spacious and offers green areas. There is a children's area. You can enjoy this apartment even in winter, as it is air conditioned for the cooler season. Arenales del Sol is one of the areas with the most sunny days a year, with beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, one of the most famous on the Costa Blanca. On the beaches you can practice various water sports such as kitesurfing, kayaking, windsurfing and fishing. Elche, 12 km away, is a very interesting city that is a World Heritage Site. Alicante offers a wide range of cultural activities: theaters, museums, exhibitions and large leisure spaces for the whole family.
