It has all the essentials of home and is in a prime location on Fort Myers Beach. Walk to the much desired Time Square area, shops, pier, restaurants and local entertainment. This quiet complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs.
As your enter this unit, you are welcomed by a spacious family room with new furniture and new tile, the dining area has seating for 4 and a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Other amenities include Free Wi-Fi, utility room with washer and dryer, towels, linens, and cable TV. The open lanai has outdoor seating for you to enjoy beautiful views, and sea breeze. Our property has a monthly rental period minimum, inquire with us on multi-month discounts. Hope to see you soon!
The minimum age to rent is 25.
This property has a $100.00 application fee per the condo association. A background check must also be submitted to the association, which is $75.00 per adult.
