The good things were the Keurig coffee pot with coffee and sugar and the toiletries provided. Those are major plusses for me. The negatives were: no access instructions or wifi was sent prior arrival so I had to contact support to get the owner phone number, they were quick to respond, but it wasn't ideal. There were tons of cigarette butts in the backyard, the cushions on the kitchen chairs were pretty old and stained, the two upstairs bedroom doors wouldn't really shut (they just need the hinges adjusted or something), the thermostat was locked and it was pretty cold in the mornings at 68 degrees, one of the lamps in the main bedroom was plugged in with the cord reaching across the room and needed an extension cord, the sheets in the main room were stained but clean, the toilet paper holder in the first level bath was broken and while there was a standalone holder, not sure why it wasn't just replaced, the tubs were VERY slippery and no mat was provided for in the tub. I almost fell and had to be very cautious in the shower. The blind in the main bedroom was in pretty rough shape. We had a good stay but these little things would not be expensive to fix so I wanted to share them so future guests might have a bit better experience.
