Our neighborhood and the downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short bike ride away.

Boaters, Caloosa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.

The house is also only a few minutes from the bridge that connects to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

Each guest bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and ample closet space, with one room also offering a dedicated desk area for additional storage or workspace. All rooms share access to a spacious guest bathroom located in the hallway, complete with a walk-in shower and convenient storage options.
