Whether it’s a romantic getaway for two or a Baltic Sea holiday with family or friends—this middle townhouse offers perfect comfort in a cosy atmosphere.

Thanks to the house’s location and layout, light floods into the rooms all day long, highlighting the modern and bright interior of this home, which was renovated in 2024.

On the upper floor of the house is a cosy double bed that promises restful nights. The second bedroom features three single beds, so the house can accommodate a total of 5 people. This room also features a desk, providing a space for writing, reading, and small craft projects. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. Another bathroom is located on the ground floor, ensuring plenty of privacy even for couples travelling together.

The ground floor features an open-concept living and dining area, providing plenty of space for spending time together. Next to the sofa set is a modern flat-screen TV for cosy evenings watching TV, as well as a comfortable reading chair. Next door, you can cook at the well-equipped kitchenette and then enjoy your meal in the dining area. The small kitchen island creates a great connection between the two areas. A dishwasher happily takes care of the dishes after a shared meal, leaving more time to relax and unwind.

As an alternative to the nearby beach, couples and families can relax on the spacious terrace.

A big plus: You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle at the STRANDPERLEN office, just a few metres from your accommodation.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, ruhiges Haus in Strandnähe, perfekt auch für größere Familien. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Besonders toll sind die Mückenrollos in den Schlafzimmern, so kann man nachts das Fenster offen lassen.

Familienurlaub in Wustrow

Die Kommunkation mit der Argentur und Check-in verlief völlig reibungslos. Das Objekt hat eine super Lage,ruhig und nah zum Strand. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich.Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und uns hat nichts gefehlt.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Hallo, die Lage der Feriensiedlung "Strandperlen" ist schon sehr schön und es ist auch modern eingerichtet, die Entfernung zum Strand passt auch.
