Enjoy the tranquil beauty at this very private Rideau Canal vacation property located in Chaffey's Lock. This modern cottage is very comfortable for a large family to relax or play at. Its open and airy interior will impress and the large living room's two-story vaulted ceiling with window wall shows an elegant view of the lake from under the canopy of trees. 

Two kayaks and a canoe are available for a quiet trip in the still waters of the protected Benson Lake bay in front of the cottage. Take advantage of the great fishing in the area, and enjoy the wildlife from the full deck, and large dock on the property.

The cottage has a 2nd fridge, smart TV, propane grill, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, canoe, and 2 kayaks. Also, there is an office area with L desks and 2 chairs in the unfinished basement.

The Rideau Lakes Region is a great place to explore. Great fishing, boating, swimming, water-skiing, or lock through the historic canal system to the other attached lakes and towns. In the surrounding towns and cities there are also lots of activities, and events to participate in including, golf, historic tours, boat tours, shopping restaurants, parties, and lots more!

This cottage is conveniently located not far off of highway #15 at the halfway point between Toronto and Montreal, 40 minutes from the Canada/USA border, and only one hour and 25 minutes from Ottawa. A great place for extended Families to congregate. The Wifi downloads at a 8mbps, which is fast enough for streaming
