Beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom and bath condo in the Village of Seaport, Cape Canaveral Florida. 2nd floor with private screened in balcony with view of the family pool just steps away. Village of Seaport is a gated resort with three swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, workout room w/great balcony of beach views and launches. Swimming pools includes a heated year around pool, lap pool and family pool with small kid pool. Resort provides direct access to the beach.
Condo features complete kitchen with new appliances and all cooking appliances for times you choose to stay in. Kitchen has bar open to dining and living area. Living area has additional storage for extended stays, direct access to balcony and window to view the greenery and peacocks roaming on the property. Updated bathroom with walk-in shower. Hallway closet features full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has spacious closet, queen size bed and direct access to balcony. Bedroom and Living room have updated TVs that comes with local cable and other apps for viewing on fast dependable WiFi. Assigned parking directly in front of condo.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave one key set (door key, mailbox key & fob) on hook in kitchen. 2nd set must be left in the key box after locking up. Note: $50 replacement charge for any keys or fobs not returned upon exit.
Please strip beds, all linens can be left for cleaning in hamper in closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter is liable for any lost keys / fobs. Replacement cost will be $50 each.
