Minha pontuação é pela limpeza do local e dos utensílios disponíveis. Neste ponto a sugestão é que melhore a limpeza local pois ela não estava boa. O banheiro tinha odor forte e ainda havia no banheiro restos de sabonetes de estadias anteriores, a escovinha do vaso não dá nem pra utilizar pq o cabo está quebrado e as cerdas já nem existe mais direito. Na cozinha, tem todos od utensílios importantes para uso, porém a conservação e limpeza não estão coerentes, existem acessórios com crostas e sujeiras impregnadas e o microondas tb tem um aspecto de má higiene. São detalhes que no meu ponto de vista são simples de resolver, bem simples mesmo.No mais o local é grande e como as fotos, a localização exatamente como exposto no anúncio e o zelador, Sr.. Ricardo e muito gentil e educado.

O local é excelente, perto de tudo que precisamos e a uns 150 metros da praia...apartamento atende às expectativas, somente a televisão não tem estabilidade. Uma sugestão seria uma air frier para facilitar caso se queira fazer algum petisco mais rápido e saldável. O único inconveniente que tive foi o fato de ter esquecido uma sunga que comprei para essa viagem de uma marca boa e que foi jogada no lixo pela faxineira, achei um descaso para com o cliente pois reservei uma pousada em Buzius e no dia seguinte entrei em contato por volta de umas 08 da manhã para avisar que buscaria meu artefato e recebi a noticia que havia ido para o lixo...recomendo o imóvel pela qualidade do mesmo, porém o conciege deveria ser alertado para que tais inconvenientes não se repitam

Localização ótima, mas a tv apresentou problema, perdeu sintonização de canais e não tivemos suporte, e está com a tela fechando. Precisam consertar ou trocar a tv. Fora isso, tudo muito bom!
