About this property
You’re Welcome Backyard Oasis at Isle
We love our new home! We had a home a mile away that we rented out the past 13 years. When we saw this new home, we knew we wanted to try to make the move and it happened. We are happy to be able to share this home with others and hope you love it and care for it as well.
One of our favorite features of this home is that there is a LOT of room to gather. The large, private back yard with fire pit, lots of comfortable seating, TV and outdoor kitchen with 14-foot bar make it a great space to enjoy day or night. The two second-floor decks--one with a TV, outdoor sectional and hot tub--also allow for gathering outside. Inside there are two large family rooms with sectionals and TVs to enjoy time spent together with family and friends.
We selected a variety of mattresses for our home that hopefully appease every type of sleeper. There is space to comfortably sleep 20 people. With every room having an ensuite bathroom, plus an extra half bath on the main level, there is lots of room to get ready for the day.
Just like our former home, we have stocked this home with lots of extras that guests have mentioned enjoying. We have more than the basic supplies for cooking and serving food, cleaning and just living. We like having all the supplies we need when we come to visit and like to make these items available to renters as well.
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a cozy evening, our home has you covered. We love the layout of our place-- it is designed for both comfort and flexibility. Enjoy your time at our townhome. We hope you make lasting memories in this inviting space.

Jeff and I live 4 hours north in Sandy, UT. We purchased a property a mile north that we rented for 13 years. When we saw this new home, we fell in love with it and were able to make it work to sell the old home and purchase this new one. Jeff is an avid golfer and I love the sun so the St. George area is a great place for us to own a rental property. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors adventuring with our family and friends—St. George is a great place to hike, boat, bike, 4x4, etc. We love it!
Why they chose this property
We prefer the Washington area compared with other areas in St. George. It’s closer to home for us and closer to Zion National Park. It’s pretty centralized to all the schools and ball fields so it worked out great for us to have a place to stay in Washington when our son was playing competitive baseball. We also like that it is a little bit quieter than some of the areas actually in St. George.
What makes this property unique
Our favorite part of this home is the large, private back yard which is perfect for spending time in day or night. We love the large gathering areas inside and outside of this home. We also love that each bedroom has an attached bathroom and that there is a half-bath on the main floor as well.
