Close to the Park Meadows mall and everything else in DTC. This perfect two-bedroom space features one queen bed and one full bed, making it ideal for small families or friends. Main living area has wood floors, open kitchen with granite counters, wood cabinets and breakfast bar. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, including a bathtub. The condo stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Community Pool (open during summer) and workout facility. Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down, the space offers everything you need. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Centennial and our wonderful condo has to offer. No parties allowed and have strict noise control after 10PM.

Wonderful, comfortable, and well-stocked apartment. We stayed in the area for medical care and the unit was perfectly comfortable for rest and recovery. Easily accessible to the light rail station to travel downtown or to Lone Tree. Jenny was an exceptional host and we will stay with her again if possible.
