Mint Cottage, built in 1930 and thoughtfully updated, offers charm and comfort in Maryville. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it sleeps up to 8 guests (Queen sofa bed located upstairs in the master suite) and features a fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located, providing easy access to Knoxville, Sevierville, and the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy mountain views and a lush green space behind the home. Parking accommodates 4 cars plus space for a trailer or small camper (no hookups). Close to the famed Tail of the Dragon, Little Tennessee River waterways and easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it’s ideal for adventurers.
