Walkable to multiple local restaurants. No neighbors behind the house! Enjoy your morning and evening drinks on the large patio patios. Home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Early check in and out available for $20 (up to two hours) at hosts discretion. Come enjoy our simple and functional home!

My wife and I have lived in Topeka since 2020. We enjoy spending time together with our wonderful son and our two dogs. We spend a lot of time outdoors and visiting local spots. We also have a small sheep farm outside of town. We love hosting to meet other people and support them on their journeys!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is quite but also close to so many local attractions. We love that the house backs up to a creek/park so that there aren't any neighbors behind the home - it makes it feel more private!
What makes this property unique
The home is recently remodeled and has original hardwood floors throughout. It's fun to image what those floors would tell us if they could talk.
