Aside from the concern regarding towels, the other issues mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been notified of any problems with the hot water, internet, or other amenities, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and assist. We also want to clarify that we do not remotely control the thermostat. We strive to provide a comfortable environment and expect our guests to be able to enjoy the home during their stay. We understand that having adequate towels for a group is important, and we appreciate that feedback. Our property also has established policies regarding certain amenities and their use, which are intended to be communicated before or during the booking process. We take our responsibilities as hosts seriously and are committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property while ensuring our house policies and amenities are clearly communicated.
