This beautifully renovated beach house was a longtime family home and you can feel the love and care in every detail.
Freshly updated with new paint, stunning new floors, a fully renovated kitchen, and brand-new HVAC, it perfectly blends modern upgrades with a relaxed, coastal vibe.
Every bed is truly comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. With 55-inch Smart TVs in every bedroom and a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, plus ceiling fans throughout, everyone can relax in comfort and enjoy their own space.
Step outside and enjoy even more. A scenic bike path runs right behind the house, perfect for a morning bike ride or an evening walk.
The 25th street beach is rarely crowded due to the Ocean City Airport, the nature preserve and the Ocean City Golf Course being right behind us.
This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a home made for real living, relaxing, and memory-making.
Like almost all OCNJ rentals, towels, sheets, and blankets are not included. (If you’d prefer not to bring your own, local services such as Linen Fairies or South Jersey Linens can deliver directly to you.)
Our home is intended for family rentals. We do not rent for prom weekends or senior week. You must be over 25 to rent.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all trash cans in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Take out the trash.
Replace the trash bag with a new one for the next guests.
Empty the dishwasher and put all dishes away.
Remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator.
Make sure all TV remotes and fan remotes are placed on each dresser.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash your feet in the back of the house after returning from the beach.
