Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine wirklich sehr schöne FeWo in guter und ruhiger Lage, sehr geräumig. Alles ist sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Terrasse mit großem Garten macht Spaß. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen, wo man nach langen Tagesausflügen gerne zurückkommt um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wurde ohne Reinigung übergeben

Wir hatten Pech und würden die Wohnung nicht noch einmal wählen. Bei der Ankunft wurde klar, dass keiner geputzt hatte: Essensreste im Kühlschrank, Brotbrösel und Kaffeeflecken in der Küche, Haare im Bad und nicht gestaubsaugt. Wir haben keine hohen Standards, aber die vielen Brösel und Flecken vom Vormieter waren unschön. Dazu gab es keinen Lappen, kein Zewa und kein Geschirrtuch und wir konnten das ganze nicht einfach selber reinigen. Wir hatten das Hygienepaket mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebucht, aber die Betten waren nicht bezogen und keine Handtücher da. Das heißt nach der langen Anreise konnten wir nicht duschen. Thierry hat schnell geantwortet und am Abend hat uns der Nachbar mit Putzmitteln und Lappen versorgt, sodass wir sauber machen konnten. Das war kein schöner Start. Auf unsere Anfrage hin, haben wir dann etwas Geld zurück bekommen, lieber wären wir entspannt in den Urlaub gestartet. Zweimal gingen früh (7 Uhr und 8Uhr) grundlos alle Feuermelder in der Wohnung los. Thierry vermutete, dass sie vielleicht auf Schmutz reagiert haben. Auch das war ärgerlich. Die Wohnung ist sonst schön dekoriert und sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein plus sind auch die die netten Nachbarn! Fehmarn ist toll zum Urlaub machen, wir hatten sonst schöne Tage auf der Insel!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben uns besonders über den Kamin gefreut. Auch die Terasse und der Garten waren sehr einladend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und eignet sich sehr für Familien. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Ich würde mir für ein wiederkommen ein neues Bett wünschen mit neuen Matratzen. Es quietscht sehr und ist durchgelegen. Sonst ist alles perfekt. Vielen Dank.

Das Objekt sehr schön, mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet.(wie z.B. Geschirrspülmittel, Handtuch, Spültuch in der Küche , Toilettenpapier, wirklich sehr viel vorhanden, für das erste Zurechtkommen) ,nette Begrüßungsüberraschung , Sauberkeit nicht hundertprozentig, Krümel auf den Stühlen, Handtuch vom Vorgänger lag hinter der Waschmaschine, Schmutz hinter dem Mülleimer nach der Eingangstür und in manchen Ecken. Wohnung ansonsten sehr schön, auf der Terrasse alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, aßser den kleineren Verschmutzungen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer super Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten drei wundervolle Wochen als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 5+1Jahr alt) in dieser Ferienwohnung. Schon bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und wie vorher vereinbart konnten wir Problemlos die Wohnung beziehen. Alle Räume waren so wie auf den Bildern angegeben und voll ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles was man im Urlaub benötigt und auch Funktionsfähig. Für den Kamin war Holz da und auch eine Grundausstattung zum Grillen mit Holzkohle und Zubehör. Für die Gartenmöbel gab es sogar Sitzauflagen und für die Kinder 2 Kisten mit Sandspielzeug. Unsere beiden Kinder haben den Garten mit dem großen Sandkasten intensiv genutzt und waren sehr traurig als wir fahren mussten. Wir möchten uns daher nochmals bei Familie Rocheteau für die schöne Zeit in ihrer Ferienwohnung bedanken und können diese für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlen. LG Familie Otto

Liebevoll eingerichtete, gemütliche Wohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. In der Küche hat man alles gefunden was man braucht. Außerdem war die ganze Wohnung super sauber. In 5 Autominuten war man am wunderschönen Stand an dem man stundenlang spazieren kann. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Absolute Empfehlung
