Location location location. Only one block from the beautiful Forsyth park fountain. On site parking so we left our car there for our entire stay. We felt safe walking everywhere. About a 20-25 minute walk to the river. The accommodations were perfect - clean and welcoming. The property manager even supplied with us with something that we needed within 15 minutes - from his own supply! We will absolutely book this place in the future.
