Lovely, comfortable holiday apartment for 3 – 6 persons in 70m2 of land, the whole of the first floor having a large south-east facing balcony and 3 bedrooms. The house is on the edge of town, near all tourist facilities, in the middle of Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena ski resorts. The ski bus is free of charge and the bus stop is near the house. The relaxing peacefulness, clear clean air and wonderful views of the Gerlosstein mountain make this house a great place to unwind. With the funiculars in close proximity, it’s easy to reach the splendid walks and mountains. The spacious garden with barbecue on request, sand box, swing, drinking water fountain and lush greenery will please young and old. As a ‘recreational centre’ Aschau im Zillertal offers unlimited opportunities for all types of winter sports, tobogganing, hiking, mountain climbing, cycling and mountain biking, as well as lots more. Take your holiday in the fun-filled heart of the Zillertal. Enjoyment is the natural cure!

How To Get Here: By car: Kufstein – Innsbruck motorway A12; take the Zillertal exit towards Aschau, take the Dorfstrasse on the left, into the valley, as far as Hotel Seewirt, then turn right into Weiherweg, and right again into Entenstrasse. By train: Via Kufstein or Innsbruck as far as Jennbach, then change to Zillertal Rail or bus to reach Aschau. We’ll collect you at the station.

Zillertal Card: This card guarantees our guests lots of inexpensive alternatives in Zillertal. There are daily funiculars to the mountains and valleys of this wonderful peak district. All the local open-air swimming pools and public transport, and lots more, are ready for you to use. What more could you expect of a mountain holiday? Here in Zillertal we aim to give our guests of all ages the best of enjoyment and relaxation. Validation period: Zillertal cards are valid from June till 14th October 2007.

What our guests said!: Last Saturday we were in Zell on the Ziller, it was amazing, it was so quiet. There were cows wandering through the streets, you could stroke them. When they mooed it was so nice, it sounded like cattle coming down from the mountain. A holiday at this time of year is fantastic!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut für Skifahrer gelegen. Im Inneren ist sie sehr gemütlich, und die Küche bietet alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Einfach herzlich!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Martina und Willi war vom Anfang bis zum Ende einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist in einem traditionellen Tiroler Stil eingerichtet. In dem Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend Platz um sich gemeinsam an den Tisch zu setzten oder es sich auf der Couch gemütlich zu machen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem großen Bett und das andere mit einem Etagenbett. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und meiner einer schönen, großen Dusche ausgestattet. Die Küche ist recht klein, hat aber alles was man genötigt.Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung

Sehr gemütliche, großzügige Wohnung mit moderne Bad

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr gemütlichen Wohnung genossen. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, die Wohnung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist in der ersten Etage und man hat über den riesigen Balkon eine schöne Aussicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Es gibt einen Skiraum Mit beheizbarem Schuhständer. Man muss mit dem Bus circa 15 Minuten zur nächstgelegenen Liftstation fahren, wahlweise nach Kaltenbach oder Zell am Ziller,dieser fährt tagsüber halbstündig.

Tolle Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung nette GastgeberInnen

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, wir waren 3 Wochen dort. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Elektroauto zu laden, das war sehr komfortabel. Die GastgeberInnen waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war rundum sehr sehr schön in Aschau und der Ferienwohnung. :)

Alles was prima. Heerlijk bed, mooie badkamer, gezellige Oostenrijkse huiskamer en aardige eigenaresse. De halte van de skibus was dichtbij en precies tussen 2 mooie skigebieden in. Kortom: een aanrader voor een fijne skivakantie.

Ferienwohnung in Aschau i. Zillertal

Eine schöne, rustikal eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem Rundherum-Balkon nach Osten und Süden, Sanitäranlagen sehr modern, ruhige aber gut zu erreichende Lage (2 min zur B169 / 7 min zu Fuß zum Bhf Aschau). Die Gastgeber Martina und Wilfried sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 12 Tage dort im August 2020 und kommen gerne wieder. Einfach zum Weiterempfehlen.

Een keurig en netjes appartement op een zeer centrale plek in het Zillertal en nabij de gondel van Zell am Ziller. Daarnaast ook zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. Wanneer we weer een keer dit gebied gaan bezoeken zullen we zeker weer gebruik maken voor de leuke appartement.
