The Perch on Main was one of the nicest rentals we’ve been to, everything was so well thought out we didn’t want for anything. Super cute, immaculate, well stocked, comfortable beds. The location was perfect, after we walked to all the restaurants and shops we returned to enjoy the comfortable outdoor furniture on the deck with a nice bottle of wine! Communication was super easy with immediate response time.

I would say in a few words the Perch was a fantastic place to stay. The host crew was very receptive to our request. Additionally, from the Perch you can easily walk everywhere within Frankenmuth. 5 Stars all the way around.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was so clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Our host was amazing with communicating everything to us. The location was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Definitely a five star!

We loved our stay at The Perch for our girls weekend. What a warm, inviting and welcoming home. The location was great and hosts were fun and incredibly responsive! A lot of wonderful little details clearly put The Perch above the rest! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!!!

The whole process was amazing from beginning to end. The host and staff have thought of literally everything you could possibly want or need. Getting ready to leave and already talking about a future stay. Will definitely book again. Thank you so much for a great weekend get away.

This was absolutely an amazing place to stay. It was one of the cleanest places that we have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few rentals. Check in was a breeze and the host was very accommodating and super easy communicating with. All of the little extras were very appreciated. We used the free wine tasting that she had left us for and what a great experience that turned out to be. It was not on our radar and we would have missed out. :(All of her recommendations were spot on. I would def book again!!!5 stars is not a high enough rating for this rental. Only regret was that we were not staying longer.
