Located in Padenghe sul Garda, the cosy apartment Azzurro is just a few steps from the glittering waters of Lake Garda and features an amazing outdoor area. The air-conditioned apartment is situated in a complex of many holiday flats and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) and an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom. The child-friendly apartment can therefore accommodate 5 adults people and furthermore includes a coffee machine, satellite and cable television and a hairdryer. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the outdoor area, which offers everything your heart could desire: 3 communal swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a large private lawn furnished with sun loungers and direct access to the lake. Here you can relax under the Italian sun, refresh yourself in the pool and go swimming in the lake. Additionally, the apartment’s private patio enables you to enjoy a glass of fine Italian wine in the crisp air. A selection of bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance: the nearest supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. Using the direct access from the complex’s outdoor area, you can walk along Lake Garda’s romantic shoreline and find a beautiful, pebble beach about 15 minutes away.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Pros: Traumhafte private, ruhige Anlage, kurzer Weg über Treppen zum See! Saubere Wohnung mit viel Stauraum und zwei schönen Terrassen, Preis/Leistung völlig ok Cons: Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber Kleinigkeiten die auffallen! Vorhang im Wz nicht komplett befestigt, Mülleimer, waschmittelfach der WaMa und Klopapierhalter defekt, kein Trockentuch obwohl Ausstattung als vorhanden angegeben! Wer nicht gern auf flachen Kissen schläft, sollte seins mitnehmen und das Bettlaken knistert extrem! Kein dt. Fernsehen, auch nach Nachfrage an der Rezeption nicht einstellbar! Und der Klassiker, Plastikstühle ohne Auflagen 🤪 nicht so viele Restaurants schnell fussläufig erreichbar

Der Aufenthalt war soweit ok, aber, ein Pool konnte nicht benutzt werden, die Bodenfliesen waren teilweise kaputt mit erheblicher Verletzungsgefahr. Desweiteren war die Einganstüre teilweise defekt und der Eigentümer konnte erst gegen Ende des Urlaubs die Türe reparieren lassen. Somit werden wir diese Residenz nicht wieder besuchen.
