About this property
Romantic one bedroom, one bath cabin with white picket fence in. Extremely cozy.
Relax by the fireplace with a bottle of wine or after a long day of boating, shopping or skiing in our beautiful cozy cabin.
No futon or sofa bed on the property The home has been fully remodeled.
Granite counter tops.
The living room has a gas fireplace, and a 50" TV equipped with Youtube tv & roku. (No cable)
Please note there are certain times that cell and internet service may be slow or may not work all together such as poor weather conditions and also more people in town than usual.
During fall/winter/ spring months (snow) drive a four wheel drive with snow tires or have snow chains on your vehicle.
No refunds for power outage, things out of my control, nature coming into play.
Must clean up after pets. Fail to do so will result in extra charges
$45 pet fee for one pet, (additional fee for multiple pets). If you no longer plan to bring your pet, the service fee will not be refunded.
Nonsmoking if you smoke inside or on the property you be charged and possibly fined.
Up to two people in house only. If more, you will be charged and possibly fined.
If you do not check out at check out time there will be an extra charge
If house key is lost or misplaced there will be an extra charge. Please do not leave with key. Just leave key in lockbox at all times unless unlocking and locking door.
Must clean up inside & outside from pet(s) if fail to do so guest will be charged additional fee.
