Coccinella is a 35 m² apartment in the heart of San Teodoro, just steps from shops, restaurants, and all local amenities. It's the ideal base for exploring Gallura and its beaches while enjoying a well-connected location.



The apartment is on the ground floor and features two bedrooms—one double and one single—a bathroom with a shower, and a private kitchen equipped with a gas stove. The private, fenced garden of about 60 m² offers an exclusive outdoor space with a terrace, perfect for evenings outside.



Air conditioning ensures comfort on hot days. WiFi with included data traffic is provided. Cable TV is included.



Mosquito screens are fitted to the shutters of doors and windows, as is common in Sardinian homes during summer. As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using bottled water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



Public street parking is available nearby, and public transport can be reached on foot.
