The maisonette apartment Casa Piedra de la Rendona is located in a quiet residential area right in the middle between the city centre of Conil de la Fronteras and the popular sandy beach. Consisting of a living-dining area with adjoining, well-equipped kitchen with airconditioning on the first floor and 3 bedrooms (one of them a passage room) as well as a bathroom on the ground floor, the holiday apartment accommodates up to 6 persons. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. The highlight is the spacious and furnished roof terrace with grill, which can be accessed from the living area and offers a fantastic view of the sea and invites to relaxed evenings with a glass of wine. Thanks to its excellent location, the city centre of Conil de la Frontera with its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars as well as the next sandy beach can be reached within a 5-minute walk.

We loved the location close to shops and restaurants and the rooftop deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment not so much. The owner was not prepared for our arrival in January. It was very cold that day and the apartment was freezing and there's no central heat. The owner brought heaters over when he let us in. It took hours to warm up the apartment. The internet wasn't working either. He sent someone over to fix it the next day. There was no soap, dishsoap, paper towels or a hair dryer in the apartment. The roof leaked every time it rained which was frequently. We wouldn't stay there again.
