Ocean View Villa in the heart of Manuel Antonio, special for couples and small families

Villa Serenity is the upper level of a two story villa (with Serenity Escape below) and is a wonderful option for a small family or a couple. Each of these two properties has a private entrance and can be rented separately or together. When rented together, up to 4 adults and 4 children can be accommodated.
These are situated on the hillside. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware that given the location on our property, there are stairs and ramps to climb.
This villa comes well-equipped with one king bed and a trundle bed in the living room (for 1 to 2 children). Offering a full kitchen complete with a wrap-around bar that you'll definitely appreciate for blending a batch of pina coladas or margaritas. It also has an indoor sitting area and an expansive terrace that's fully furnished for outdoor living and dining.
The decor is Costa Rican tropical. Everything as comfortable as home, but unmistakably appropriate for Tulemar's tropical jungle setting.
The ocean and jungle views from the ample terrace beckon guests to enjoy the ocean breezes.
Guests will receive personalized concierge services before and throughout their stay and have access to all the resort amenities including the beach, resort pools, and on-site shuttle service. This property is walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and ATMs in Manuel Antonio.
NOTE: The maximum number of guests is based upon two people per bed and up to two people on the trundle bed. Bedding for additional guests (such as rollaway beds or air beds) is not permitted.
