About this property

Adorable 1-bedroom condo in beautiful Bradenton Beach with AC

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a king size bed, cozy chairs and a kitchenette with one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb! A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and mini fridge. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! Located in walking distance to Bridge Street and just steps from the beach. Enjoyed the chairs available on the beach and it made it so convenient! Room and property were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at John’s rental, as it was a big trip for us - a birthday and a proposal on the beach (she did say yes, by the way). We had everything we needed and the only thing I would recommend is a white noise machine (which we take with us anyway) to drown out conversations from next door.

Fantastic stay - directly across the street from the beach (with beach chairs and an umbrella) and easy access to the pool! Walking distance to a number of restaurants. The only complaint is that the vacation ended too soon! We will be back!!
