Casa di Daniela is located in the heart of Baia Caddinas, a town house whose terrace boasts a beautiful sea view. The cottage has several levels separated by a few steps and consists of a cosy living room with a beautiful, brick sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate 3 people. Cable TV is also included. Outside there is a terrace with a fantastic sea view for relaxing hours in the fresh air. Here you can enjoy delicious meals, relax and watch the sky turn a soft red at sunset. You will find a supermarket after 9 minutes by car and a restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. A wider range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within a 5 minutes’ drive of Golfo Aranci. The nearest beach, Spiaggia di Baia Caddinas, is only 140 m away.



Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

The location was idyllic, the property was spotless, the owner lovely

Pros: We were made to feel very welcome and the owner could not do enough for us. A very lovely lady. We will be going back there again. Cons: We went a week too early which meant that the local pizzaria and nearby hotel wasn't open until the last day of our holiday (they are open to the public) but the 2k walk into Golfo Aranci kept us fit!

Pros: L’architettura della casa, la posizione, la vista, avere uno spazio individuale, il terrazzo, il portico, le rifiniture artigianali degli interni. Cons: Il caldo terribile che i due ventilatori non riuscivano a mitigare sopratutto di notte.

Pros: Gostamos de tudo, a casa está bem equipada tudo o que é necessário. Perto dos pontos turisticos e com uma paisagem maravilhosa. a 2 passos a pé de praias lindissimas. A Daniela muito atenciosa, obrigada 🙏🙏 Voltaremos com certeza.

Pros: La casa è posizionata vicino a 4 spiagge perfette per famiglie. Daniela è una persona cordiale e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta in ogni evenienza. La casa è provvista di ogni cosa di cui ci sia bisogno per un soggiorno. Il Parcheggio gratuito è in via delle mimose (10m dall'uscita del cancello). Cons: Non c'era il wi-fi

Pros: La casa è una villa a se, completa di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza: lavatrice, candele alla citronella anti zanzare, due stenditoi con mollette, ombrellone per la spiaggia, ventilatore, tutto il necessario in cucina, oltre alle stoviglie erano presenti tovaglioli, piatti e posate di plastica biodegradabili, sale grosso e fino, olio, aceto, spugne, stracci, sapone per i piatti, sapone per mani, asciugamani puliti e morbidi, Lenzuola pulite, Letto matrimoniale e cuscini molto comodi. La casa in se era completa! Il parcheggio ce, è lungo la strada, il problema è che è a pagamento ma la proprietaria è stata molto gentile a consigliarci un parcheggio a strisce bianche gratuito proprio dietro casa. Cons: La casa è completa di molte cose però purtroppo è molto calda, sembra che le pareti si scaldano durante la giornata e che trattengono all’interno il calore. Pur avendo molte porte finestre non c’era un giro d’aria e faceva molto caldo quasi soffocante. Senza il ventilatore non si poteva stare, nemmeno la notte.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.
