The charming cottage is located in San Pantaleo and is a typical old “Stazzu” which was beautifully renewed by the homeowner. Surrounded by fantastic Mediterranean plants, the cottage consists of one room with a living/dining area with a bunk bed for one person and a sofa bed, a kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning. Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony where you can start your day with a cup of coffee under the warm sun. Due to its excellent, central location, restaurants, bars, cafes, a pharmacy and a supermarket can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes. Take a trip to the wonderful beaches, Spiaggia di Rena Bianca and Spiaggia di Portisco, which are both just a 10-minute drive away. This is also the ideal accommodation for golf lovers as the Pevero golf club can be reached by car in 17 minutes (11.9 km).

Ottima posizione, tranquilla e comoda per tutto

Pros: Posizione, facilità di check-in e check out, completa quasi di tutto Cons: Letto un po’ troppo piccolo per due persone, è presente un divano letto, ma non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo per mancanza delle lenzuola; bagno da pulire più a fondo (spazzola piena di capelli e scopettino del water in pessime condizioni)

Urlaub feeling pur !

Pros: Das kleine Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Super zentral in der Altstadt von San Pantaleo gelegen, traumhaft schöner Blick auf die Berge. Wenn man ankommt wird man von Jasmin Duft und andere typische duftende Blumen begrüßt, einfach einmalig 🥰 Die Restaurierung des Hauses wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail durchgeführt. Für 2 Personen ideal und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und somit ist man am Abend nicht immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Restaurant, Bars, Café und Supermarkt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
