I love starting at this building. It’s modern, clean, and close to the restaurants and beach. We come down 3-5 times a season, and now that we have found this spot we always try to get one of the units in this building.

Apartment was clean and inside was as advertised. Unfortunately there was a spiral staircase that was the only access up the back of the property which was difficult with luggage, this was not shown or stated in advert. Plus we had to pass over another apartment’s balcony area halfway up the staircase which was very untidy, unkempt, littered beer cans etc so wasn’t quite as we would have liked for the cost of the stay. Host was helpful but I think the advert should be a bit clearer regarding access arrangements.

This property is in a great location. Very clean. Very good host. The reason for a 3 instead of 5 is because the only access to this third floor property is up a black spiral staircase. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing for the property. Hauling luggage up the stairs is a challenge. The lighting on the stairs is inconsistent which creates a challenge at night. Bring a flashlight. We also didn’t see (even though it is stated in the listing) that there is no parking with the property. If you are young and healthy, this is a great property. If you have problems with mobility, this is probably not for you.
