What makes this property unique

Our cottage is a converted former barn nestled on a spacious, beautiful property next to an historic farmhouse built in 1877. The property itself is full of character, with beautifully sculpted greenery, fruit trees, rose bushes, and amazing vistas. We are close to several different climates: vineyards are right across the Wairau river towards Blenheim (10 min), the Marlborough Sounds are a mere 15 min north, and Rarangi Beach is 10 min east. Whatever activity you are looking for is close by, including fishing, kayaking, hiking, wine-tasting, bike riding, horseback riding, golfing, the beach, and much more. This a unique property with a unique location, unlike any other in Marlborough.
