The house is exclusively for families and quiet groups. No parties or noisy events are allowed. Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, noises that may cause discomfort during the night, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., are not allowed.
In a very tranquil neighborhood outside the centre of Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Casa 1 La Lobita offers a great outdoor area just a short drive from the beach. Built in 2007, the rustic holiday home is ideal for families and consists of a living/dining room with a cosy, stone fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a hydromassage shower). The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the living room), a washing machine, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. On the covered patio of the 800m² property, begin the day with a fresh breakfast. On warm afternoons, sunbathe on the recliners in the outdoor area and refresh yourself in the cool water of the 40m² pool, which is fenced for the safety of the little guests of the house. There is furthermore a covered barbecue area with a long dining table where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones as you look out over the lush, tropical garden. On the wide lawn you will also find a ping pong table for entertainment in the evenings. The centre of Conil de la Frontera, with a fabulous selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars is about 2.7 km or a 5-minute drive away. The gorgeous beach of the area, Playa Fuente del Gallo, whose sand stretches for kilometers along the coast, is only 4.3 km or an 8-minute drive away.
