In the north of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, the holiday home Es Llimoner is situated in Sóller. The property got its name from the aromatic lemon tree in the terrace area of the property. The 2-storey holiday home offers a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds and one with a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, Chromecast, air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, a baby cot and a high chair. On the upper floor there is a balcony with a dining area and a view of the mountainous landscape and on the ground floor there is a furnished terrace. Relax in the lounge area, read a good book on the beach chairs and pick the ripe, delicious lemons from the house's own tree. A supermarket is 220 m away and the centre of Sóller with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 400 m away. The nearest beach, Platja d'en Repic, is 5.2 km from the accommodation.

Pros: The house was better than I expected. Not a modern house, but a traditional townhouse, beautifully modernised. The best thing was watching the alpine swifts from the balcony. You should change the publicity. Cons: More than 5 mugs would be good, and two pillows per person.

Wir waren vom 20.02.- 03.03.23 in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist ein Reihenhaus, wobei unten eine Garage und ein ehemaliger Stall ist. Hierdurch muss man, wenn man auf die Terasse möchte. Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man durch den Haupteingang und eine steile Treppe führt zur eigentlichen Wohnung. Beim betreten der Wohnung waren wir sehr enttäuscht, sie entspricht nicht ganz den Fotos, womit geworben wird. Durch die Fotos sieht die Wohnung optisch größer und ansprechender aus. Zudem war die Wohnung eisig kalt und ungemütlich. Wir haben in der Wohnung sehr gefroren! Unsere Bettdecken waren kalt und klamm. Mit einem kleinen Heizlüfter haben wir Abends versucht unsere Bettdecken aufzuwärmen. Es gibt in der Wohnung keine Zentralheizung wie beschrieben, lediglich Klimaanlagen . Vielleicht für den Sommer optimal, für die Wintermonate nicht. Es reicht nicht aus, um die Wohnung annähernd warm zu bekommen. Die Küche ist neuwertig und gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Gebirge. Mein Fazit: Die Wohnung ist für die Wintermonate nicht zu empfehlen und das Preisleistungverhältnis ist dadurch viel zu hoch.
