The apartment Delta 3 is located in Port de Sóller and enchants its guests with an ideal location directly at the sea. The cosy holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift), is ideal for families, and has a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. The lovingly furnished accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby bed, and a highchair. The highlight of the accommodation is a large covered balcony, where you can enjoy meals together while taking in the fantastic location. Here you have a partial view of the hillside and the sea. A supermarket is just 100 m away, and restaurants, bars, cafés, and the beautiful sandy beach Platja d'en Repic are right on your doorstep.
Baby bed and highchair are available upon request.

Super Lage, schlichte Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten OG. Wer Räder geliehen hat, muss sich darauf einstellen sie stets nach oben zu tragen über die enge Treppe. Im EG darf nichts abgestellt werden. Die Betten sind zudem sehr schlecht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Morgens ab 6 Uhr wird man geweckt durch die Reinigungsdienste auf der Straße. Bezahltes Parken vor der Haustür, das streng kontrolliert wird. Trotz der Nachteile: 1A Lage.

wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben uns eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen und freuen uns, dass Sie die unmittelbare Strandnähe so sehr genießen konnten. Durch die Lage im dritten Stock eröffnet sich vom Balkon die Aussicht, welche Sie selbst genießen konnten und generell auch eine gedämmte Geräuschkulissen von der Straße aus, in Bezug auf die Straßenreinigung, welche die Nachbarschaft sehr wohnlich hält. Da der Hauseingang gemeinsam genutzt wird bitten wir um Verständnis, dass dort keine Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Wir sind jedoch froh, dass Sie mit Ihrem Gastgeber ausmachen konnten diese oben zu parken. Da die Beschaffenheit der Matratze eine sehr persönliche Sache ist, entschuldigen wir uns, sollte diese nicht Ihren Geschmack getroffen haben. Dass leider keine kostenfreien Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen ist in unserer Beschreibung enthalten und geht mit der der sehr zentralen Lage einher. Wir würden uns sehr freuen Sie für Ihren nächsten Urlaub erneut in einer unserer weiteren Bookiply-Unterkünfte begrüßen zu dürfen.
