Granito's Apartment with Partial Sea View, Outdoor Space, and Air Conditioning

Granito's is a spacious 75 m² apartment located in Monte Petrosu (San Teodoro), in the heart of Gallura. It’s just a short distance from Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches and all local amenities. This is the perfect base for families or groups of friends looking to explore the Gallura coast in comfort, with plenty of space and convenient connections.



The apartment is on a raised floor and features three bedrooms—one large double, one double, and one with two single beds—two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fenced outdoor area offers a private balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings outside.



Air conditioning ensures comfort during the hottest days. WiFi is included, with enough speed for video calls. Cable and satellite TV are also provided.



As in many parts of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



Parking is available on site with two free spaces. Public transport is within walking distance.



Electricity is a mandatory extra fee, to be paid at check-in using the methods available on the booking platform.



For your comfort, bed linen and towels are essential for your stay. If they’re not included in your booking, please bring your own and show them to the host at check-in.
