Our water is hauled in and delivered every Monday, so please keep showers reasonable.
No timer, no pressure — just helping us make sure everyone has enough water to enjoy their stay. Some guests before you have taken… let’s just say… championship-level long showers

It’s simple, relaxing, and exactly the kind of reset you need sometimes.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect balance of location and peace. It’s only about 15 minutes from the town of Williams, so you still have easy access to restaurants, shops, and Route 66 charm, but you’re far enough away to enjoy quiet, peaceful surroundings. It also sits right in the middle of everything—just about 40 minutes from the Grand Canyon—making it a great home base for exploring Northern Arizona while still feeling like a relaxing escape.
