The space:

Completely renovated, updated, and thoughtfully decorated in late 2023 and early 2024. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and stunning Quartz countertops. Other amenities include a new washer and dryer, a private fenced-in yard with a private hot tub, Blackstone flat grill top BBQ, and propane firepit with chairs.

BACKYARD:
Soak in your private 6-person hot tub and relax after a day of hiking and exploring Colorado Springs. Fire up the grill and cookout with your friends and family on the propane Blackstone BBQ grill in the fenced-in yard.

KITCHEN:
We have a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge and freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, a wide variety of pots, pans, salt and pepper, air fryer, toaster, and cooking utensils that will let you cook your amazing meals! Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer and sugar packets! There is also a first-aid kit and a small fire extinguisher located under the sink.

LIVING ROOM:
Watch your favorite movie or show on a 58" 4k Smart TV or invite some friends and have them crash on the pull-out couch's comfortable queen-size mattress. There is also a nonsleeper second couch to relax on. We have a large dining room table with room and chairs for 8 for those holiday family meals. There are board games and puzzles for making family memories.

BEDROOM 1:
This bedroom features a brand new Novaform 14" advanced KING-sized memory foam mattress with luxury white sheets. There is a large closet with a luggage rack and hangers. Access to Bathroom 1 from this bedroom makes this a true master bedroom with a luxurious on-suite bathroom.

BATHROOM 1:
Located attached to bedroom 1, the newly remodeled bathroom features a full-sized bathtub with a rainfall shower head, and again has all your bathing essentials such as high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand-soap, lotion, cotton swabs, Q-tips, and makeup removal wash cloths. We also have a hairdryer and extra toilet paper.

BEDROOM 2:
This bedroom features a brand new Novaform 14" advanced QUEEN-sized memory foam mattress with luxury white sheets. There is a large closet with a luggage rack and hangers to help make yourself right at home. There is access to Bathroom 2 from this bedroom making this an on-suite.

BATHROOM 2:
Located right off the living room, down two small steps and next to both bedrooms, the newly remodeled bathroom features a full-sized bathtub / shower combo with all your bathing essentials such as high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash hand-soap, lotion, cotton swabs, Q-tips, and makeup removal wash cloths. We also have a hairdryer and extra toilet paper.

You will have access to the whole house and everything in it (except for one small, locked closet)!

The smart keypad lock is how you will get into the house. We will message you your personal unique code on the morning of your arrival for self-check-in! Enter your code and make yourself at home!
Other things to note
Access and parking for this property are located from the rear ally behind the house. There is a gate that you can shut to be completely private and secluded.

There is a separate house on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The separate house is just like a neighbor!

This property is equipped with a Ring security camera located by the front door. This is used strictly for monitoring the property when guests are not present, for deliveries, etc. We do NOT monitor our guests during their stay. This camera also does not face the hot tub.

Absolutely NO parties or unauthorized gatherings are allowed! This house is in a quiet neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.
