Everything about this centrally located home is clean and immaculate.

New stainless steel appliances and carpet, fresh paint and granite counter tops. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the mudroom.

This 1927 rancher sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has its own full-bathroom and television.

We offer free high speed wireless internet, cable television and DVD player. The television in the living room is a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Hulu apps to use if you have an account.

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are included with your stay. We have newer dishes, utensils, pots, pans and small appliances. There is a wireless Bluetooth speaker and 4 port USB charging system.

The large backyard is fully-fenced. It has a propane grill and a patio table.

There is a gate, right outside the back door, that leads to an off-street parking spot. There is room for one car or truck on a gravel driveway. Because this house is located on a corner lot, there is ample on-street parking as well.

This home is all one level, with only stairs to the front and back doors. We do not live in this home, so there is no shared space!

You're in walking distance to Starbucks, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Memorial Hospital and the Olympic Training Center. 3 minutes from Memorial Park, 6 minutes from Colorado College, 9 minutes from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 13 minutes from the Broadmoor, 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and 17 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
