Includes a perfect small kitchenette with everything you need (toaster oven, hot plate, mini fridge). Living room area with couch and tv and bedroom area- large studio-like set up. Walk to beaches: Hideaways (3-min) and Puu Poa (5-min). Snorkeler’s paradise with top reefs nearby. Close to the 1 Hotel, with beach bars, and fine dining.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful - we enjoyed the birdsong from the jungle view as well as walking across the street for sunrise and sunset ocean views. Being able to walk to a couple of beaches was really lovely as well. The kitchen had the essentials we needed and the AC was great for sleeping. We also appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to use. Would totally stay here again!

This clean and compact condo is ideally situated in Princeville, within an easy walk of several of the best beaches on the island. The jungle and mountain views from the lanai are amazing—so many beautiful birds! The bed is comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the little kitchenette has everything you need to prepare simple meals—such an efficient use of the available space. The unit is very quiet and private, and parking is simple. Such a treat to walk across the road each evening to the best sunset view on Kauai! This is a fantastic price for a great condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean. Well supplied with all the essentials--toilet paper, shampoo, soap, paper towels--not just a "starter" amount but enough for our entire 6 day stay. Beautifully decorated in island style. Bed and bedding top quality. Kitchenette very well supplied with many small appliances and plenty of dishes, cups, and glasses and silverware. Very spacious. Loved having a bathtub and not just a shower. Location fantastic with stunning of ocean just across the street, and view outside our patio and bedroom of tropical rainforest was great. She even supplied a few snacks and sparkling water drinks. A/C worked great although it would take 20 - 30 minutes to cool the unit down when we came in at night but it stayed cool once turned on. We absolutely loved it and definitely want to come back next year.
