The apartment with warm colors and beautiful brick accents consists of a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television with international channels, and a washing machine. With a baby cot, a highchair and a baby bath (upon request) as well as toys and children’s books, this apartment is also especially family-friendly. The highlight of the property is the communal rooftop terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a dining table, which provides for relaxing hours below the open, blue sky and for delicious dinners shared in the fresh air. From here you have a view of the surrounding cityscape of Conil de la Frontera. Due to its optimal location, a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity while the beautiful, sandy beach Playa de los Bateles is 1.3 km away, which is either a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive. Here you can stretch out on the golden sand and listen to the sound of the waves.



Street parking is available. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Bachelor parties are not allowed. Rest times, especially at night, should be respected in order to maintain a friendly relationship with the neighbors.
