We had a pleasant stay !it was an excellent place to spend 5 nights with our family . It has a Great location .. and the host was very quick to respond when we need it ..If I come back again to Destin I will book with them for sure !!!

Our family enjoyed property and was great location to local marina we used to launch boats and enjoy Crab Island. Ample driveway parking with car port in front of house. Bedrooms were all a nice size and everyone said their bed slept well. Ceiling fans in 3 of 4 bedrooms were appreciated in all but room with the bunk bed. Extra touch with small treats of chips, cookies and waters on the counter in the kitchen and in the bathroom with toothpaste, individually sealed tooth brushes, razors, and a shower dispenser of shampoo/conditioner/soap. Host supplied Kernig coffee pot and multiple diverse flavor pods and a hot water kettle. I still missed having a standard coffee pot. House was very clean and majority of furniture was new but few pieces had minor wear and tear. I would of liked a few more serving bowls and silverware. All the main dishes/drinking glasses were glass so if bringing children would recommend bringing paper plates and a few plastic cups as well. Appreciated tile or hardwood floors throughout. House nicely decorated. Host qickly responsive to few questions at beginning of stay. All said... great location and worked well for our family.

Overall, this home was fine for one night while 9 of us waited for our home in Destin to be ready. While the house is older and could benefit from a deep clean (baseboards, walls, doors, etc.), it was a solid stay, and I can appreciate that the host provided amenities such as snacks, toiletries, and had a Keurig with tons of tea and coffee. Also, the bedding was clean and comfortable. In summary, it was decent for one night, and we had no major issues.
